Autumn Poem Perfume - baked pumpkin orange shortbread.
 
This is based on an autumnal recipe for shortbread with notes of pumpkin, orange, caramel, spices, and caraway seed.
 
I’m not a huge cookie person but, shortbread is my jam. Whether it’s shortbread cookies, shortbread dessert, or shortbread bars, I’m in.

I think it’s safe to say a lot of people associate pumpkin with autumn, including myself. I remember a few years back, there was a pumpkin shortage which caused me to go out and purchase five to six cans of pumpkin before the prime fall season. I’m not one of those people who goes out and buys up all the toilet paper but, my beloved pumpkin is another story. And actually, I lived with my grandmother during my early and late teenage years. She had enough toilet paper stored for the entire town. So don’t get me wrong, I have nothing against being prepared..Back to pumpkin though. It’s right up there with sweet potatoes. It’s mandatory during the autumn and winter. Pumpkin butter is mandatory. There’s something I remembered during this pumpkin experience though, and not even something I had to re-learn. Improvisation.

This scent is a gourmand scent for everyone. If it had a color, it'd be Autumn Sunset.
 
One of my customers described this scent as a fragrant love song that is a scent of all that is fall and cozy. When wearing this one day, I came across a guy who told me I smelled like brown sugar. Frankly, I'm quite partial to the caraway note in it. 
 
This scent contains essential oils. It's recommended to do a small patch test before wearing.
