Care Perfume Oil - taro boba powder, ube, an Okinawan purple sweet potato, soothing vanilla milk, jasmine green tea, brown sugar boba pearls, granulated white sugar, ethereal white amber and musk.
This is my own recipe for taro boba tea (minus amber & musk when making the real thing) and the fragrance is my representation of ‘care’. Instead of the usual almond or oat milk, I like using vanilla milk. In this recipe, there’s ube, which is a purple sweet potato that has a mellow, nutty coconutty scent and taro boba powder. Taro, in its natural form, is a type of edible root with a slightly nutty scent. The tea aroma is from jasmine green tea leaves. Soaked brown sugar boba pearls provide a hint of sweetness.
There’s really no story behind this scent. It’s mainly based off my own boba tea cravings. I like to drink a glass each night, like my own personal mantra, something I look forward to in the evenings. “Care” is one of those most meaningful words, in this fragrance, the noun and the verb. Some people have this attribute more so than others. It’s not hard to figure out the ones that do and the ones that don’t.
