Some of my absolute favorite desserts to make are puddings and custards. Most of them are geared towards autumn and winter but, this one is fabulous for warmer months as well. We have a wonderful small South Asian population where we live. I used to love participating in their yearly events and my favorite festivity was always the food and drink. Of course. Falooda is a traditional Indian dessert and can be easily personalized with various ingredients. It can also be made in the form of drink.
