Fearless Family Diorama-superhero shadow box-comic book superhero wall art-super power-super strength. 
 
If Superman and Wonderwoman had a baby, or two...it's the fearless family.
 
The dimensions of this box are 11 x 4 x 1.5". I painted the box bright yellow and lined the top with mini resin honeycombs and trimmed the front with glass tiles, a martini glass with olives, and a couple colorful sticker cabs. Two tiles display small metal signs with the words "Fearless" and "Family". Sponge star stickers line the inside back to emphasize the superhero family powers. Repurposed dolls of Wonderwoman and Superman stand within, alongside their family of two repurposed boy dolls, a dog, a cat, a rabbit, and a turtle. Resin filled jars of superhero fuel are beside each and bowling pins are in the middle. Just another regular family outing. 
 
This piece is fun and comical. It truly is a made-up theme so that mini dolls have a use and don't have to be thrown away. It would be a gift for anyone who loves the old superheros. 
 
This piece is handmade and one of a kind. There may be small imperfections, which is consistent with vintage and handmade items. Each box is made carefully with love and hopefully, will make you smile. Sometimes, I don't see strands of glue left behind right away but, if it's there, it's no big deal to tweeze it off. This box can hang with the sawtooth hanger on back or sit freestanding. 
 
My shadowbox pieces are eclectic and made from combinations of used and found objects, vintage items, and store purchased finds. I try to upcycle with various pieces when allowable and mix them with modern pieces for a diverse and unique assemblage. I've tried to capture the details in photos so please, look very carefully before purchasing.
