This shadow box if 9 x 6 x 1". I washed it in a maple stain then provided a distressed medium and painted it with an antique off white shade and topped it with a ceramic drawer pull. Inside the box are items representing a Victorian Gothic home complete with goth gals and cats. I even embellished one of the toy cats. Other small treasures can also be found such as a hand-painted mushroom, a couple of owls, a spiderweb, an old fashioned miniature piano, a cuckoo clock, crosses, and more. Each box represents a different room inside the home and is lined in stationary sheets and stickers. 
 
This would make fit right in with any gothic interiors or if one wants something a little unusual and unique for Halloween. 
 
This piece is handmade and one of a kind. There may be small imperfections, which is consistent with vintage and handmade items. Each box is made carefully with love and hopefully, will make you smile. 
 
My shadowbox pieces are eclectic and made from combinations of used and found objects, vintage items, and store purchased finds. I try to upcycle with various pieces when allowable and mix them with modern pieces for a diverse and unique assemblage. This piece can be hung with the sawtooth hanger on back, but can stand upright all on its own. I've tried to capture the details in photos so please, look very carefully before purchasing. The hanger on back is a bit off-center but, it still hangs perfectly straight when on the wall.

The items inside are not removable. They are glued in with very strong-bonding glue. 
Please do not pull on objects, as they can be removed with enough force. 
Please do not pull on the drawer knob on top, as it is for decorative purposes only.
