It’s that time of year for the harvest moon. This particular year, she’ll be a super moon. The scent represents the end of summer and beginning of the autumn season. It’s loaded with malty aromatic hops and starts out with an effervescent citrusy pale ale note. Summer tropical fruits of white grapefruit, pineapple, and sweet orange intermingle with cantaloupe melon. Soft honey accentuates and slight spices of ginger and cinnamon are sprinkled in to bring in the autumn harvest. The very gentle nuance of silver fir is hinting at cool weather on the horizon and is subtle, exactly the way it is in hops.
