Magic Memories Triangle Diorama-shadow box-assemblage art-mixed media
 
This is a triangle wood box (9 x 8 x 1.5") where I painted the outside and inner trim a light shade of peach. The inside of the box was already light green and I added a little flower girl cab surrounded by mosaic tiles of green, orange, and yellow shades. I painted several tiny lasercut houses in varying shades of green and placed shades of pale and medium orange glass pieces above them and bright yellow green glass pieces are below them. A cute little sign gives the message "A Little Magic Can Take You A Long Way" and the box is lined in acrylic cabochons. Overall, the triangle box provides a theme or oranges and greens with slight blues mixed within. 
 
This piece is handmade and one of a kind. There may be small imperfections, which is consistent with vintage and handmade items. Each box is made carefully with love and hopefully, will make you smile. 
 
My shadowbox pieces are eclectic and made from combinations of used and found objects, vintage items, and store purchased finds. I try to upcycle with various pieces when allowable and mix them with modern pieces for a diverse and unique assemblage. This piece can be hung with the sawtooth hanger on back, but can stand upright all on its own. I've tried to capture the details in photos so please, look very carefully before purchasing.

The items inside are not removable. They are glued in with very strong-bonding glue. 
Please do not pull on objects, as they can be removed with enough force.
