This scent is based off another pie we love to make in the south. The inspiration comes from the genuine southern pecan pie my grandmother used to make. We had pecan trees in our yard and all the fresh ones went into her pies. She made the larger pie every Thanksgiving and Christmas and she made the smaller versions throughout the year. She’d blend the nuts up and crush them so small. These would go on top of the filling she’d place over her homemade buttery crust. After eating a piece, all one could say was “mercy”.
 
Mercy is southern pecan pie over a buttery crust with notes of Irish cream and coconut sugar. Pecan strudel notes are sprinkled on top with various spices and then on top of that, cinnamon whipped cream.
