Pink Moon Milk Perfume Oil- coconut rice milk, maraschino cherry, milky dark vanilla, rose petals, pink hibiscus, wild mountain honey, cardamom, cinnamon.
This is my own recipe for pink moon milk using fragrance notes to make it into scent.
First and foremost, the native genes in me do cherish my beloved Pink Moon in the April sky. Be sure to catch it this year on April 16th, wherever you may be in the world. Each and every month, I try to always get a picture outside of every full moon. Sometimes, I'm not always successful, as it can be cloudy or overcast in my neck of the woods.
There are many recipes for pink moon milk. My version is a combination of several recipes. This is how I make most recipes, no matter if it’s food, baked goods, or drink. I like to combine different ingredients from various recipes to suit my own taste of what I want. This fragrance is based off one of those recipes. For instance, most pink moon milk recipes call for some sort of tart cherry. I prefer maraschino cherry juice in mine. Many call for either agave nectar, maple, or honey. I like using all types of honey but, wild mountain honey gives somewhat of a raw essence with wildflowers in the mix. Also, mixing rice milk with coconut milk gives an unexpected twist on flavor as opposed to the usual cashew milk. I even like going with almond milk once in awhile. The spices of cardamom and cinnamon compliment each other. And for that warm sleepy time effect, rosewater adds a delightful touch. For the purposes of this fragrance, dried rose petals. I have yet to find a fragrance oil for beetroot powder, but I’m still on the lookout. There are a few notes I’m leaving out for this scent, and will be really interested if anyone else is able to pick those out. I like the unexpected. This scent is a fragrance rendition of the sleepy time, healthy pink moon milk drink.
