Red Fox Diorama-shadow box-cross-assemblage art-fox spirit animal 
 
This box (6 x 4 x 1") started out unfinished. I painted it a reddish brown and splattered various inks on the back. It's lined with buttons, glass and acrylic pieces. Inside is a red fox standing amidst some bracken (dried moss), a rock, and two little bottle brush trees. The cross is painted and finished with glitter and rhinestone cabs. An upcycled jewelry cab I made years ago, hangs above the fox. The background is filled with seed beads, glitter, and sequins. There's even a fake rock in the background.
 
This piece is handmade and one of a kind. There may be small imperfections, which is consistent with vintage and handmade items. Each box is made carefully with love and hopefully, will make you smile. 
 
My shadowbox pieces are eclectic and made from combinations of used and found objects, vintage items, and store purchased finds. I try to upcycle with various pieces when allowable and mix them with modern pieces for a diverse and unique assemblage. This piece can be hung with the sawtooth hanger on back, but can stand upright all on its own. I've tried to capture the details in photos so please, look very carefully before purchasing.

It is not intended for small children.
The items inside are not removable. They are glued in with very strong-bonding glue. 
Please do not pull on objects, as they can be removed with enough force.
