Rocker Girl Diorama-rock-n-roll shadow box-1980's nostalgia art-Gen X memorabilia wall art- 80's electric guitar-80's film projector.
 
The dimensions of this box are 5 x 5 x 1". It's painted a shade of bright 1980's red that was popular at the time...all things red, black, and white. The box is lined with glass tiles and small cabs. Inside is a gal who loves movies and rock-n-roll. She's surrounded by a guitar, a old film projector, an old telephone, a bottle of wine, and black and white crosses. 
 
This is representative of modern day as well, people who still enjoy rock but, true big hair "rock" was the 1980's. 
 
My shadowbox pieces are eclectic and made from combinations of used and found objects, vintage items, and store purchased finds. I try to upcycle with various pieces when allowable and mix them with modern pieces for a diverse and unique assemblage. I've tried to capture the details in photos so please, look very carefully before purchasing.
