Rosewater Tea Cakes - delicate rosewater, spun pink sugar, butter, marshmallow meringue, creamy vanilla bean, sweet milk, rose petals, amber, cashmere.
Rosewater Teacakes are actually a recipe I make based off a recipe for southern teacakes. It’s the best teacake recipe I’ve ever used and a “keeper”. After they’ve cooled, I add rosewater, marshmallow flavoring, and scrapings from the inside of a vanilla bean pod to sweet milk for the icing and pink sugar sprinkled on top.
Just like the recipe, this scent has notes of rosewater, pink spun sugar, creamy vanilla bean, marshmallow meringue, butter, sweet milk, and rose petals. It’s a sweet scent with notes resting on a bed of amber and cashmere. It’s definitely a gourmand for all, especially if you like floral gourmands. It's like a milk cake cookie with hints of rosewater.
This fragrance was inspired from a recipe I make for southern teacakes with rosewater icing, sprinkled with pink sugar.
