Tatia & Shura Perfume Oil - woods, pipe tobacco accord, maple, cherry, apple, coffee, rose, sandalwood, birch, Russian leather, and festive fruits of the vines.
This scent was inspired by the book "The Bronze Horseman" and the main two characters in the novel, Tatia and Alexander. It's based on my absolute favorite book trilogy in life called ‘The Bronze Horseman’ by Paulina Simons, no not the poem by Alexander Pushkin although, it’s good too.
This fragrance captures the spirit of Tatiana (Tatia) and Alexander (Shura) in my own mind. It contains various notes of tobacco because they both smoked frequently. Not that I’m a fan of smoking but, it’s like snuggling close to a man’s coat or jacket that has hints of pipe tobacco smoke on it.
The first part of the book series takes place in Russia during WWII. There are notes of Siberian Fir and Russian leather accord with a trickling of white birch ridden with other woods and frozen ice on the tundra. Small wafts of apples, cherries, and pear may be detected along with some festive fruits from the vine. Tatiana made several dishes of food in each book and notes from the preparations support this fragrance. Even rose is included from the tiny roses that were on Tatia’s dress when Alexander first saw her.
