Trick or Treat Diorama-Halloween shadow box-costume miniatures-witches and ghosts art assemblage
 
This box is 12 x 8 x 2". It's painted in a deep forest magical green with lighter streaks throughout. A purple glass drawer pull is on top and it's lined in beads, resin cabs, and ribbon trim. There's also paper trim on top. Inside is full of all kinds of trick or treaters waiting for candy. Witches, one of which is handpainted, little ghosts, two mice, a mummy, and more are in the foreground against painted tree limbs sprinkled with autumn leaves and sparse glitter. A vintage-like little witch rides her broom in the sky with her black cat and she carries a big glob of magic treats (upcycled jewelry from a necklace) and flies towards the moon. Small handmade resin cabs containing more little treats are added for variety. 
 
This piece is handmade and one of a kind. There may be small imperfections, which is consistent with vintage and handmade items. Each box is made carefully with love and hopefully, will make you smile. Sometimes, I don't see strands of glue left behind right away but, if it's there, it's no big deal to tweeze it off. It can hang with the sawtooth hanger on back or sit freestanding.
 
My shadowbox pieces are eclectic and made from combinations of used and found objects, vintage items, and store purchased finds. I try to upcycle with various pieces when allowable and mix them with modern pieces for a diverse and unique assemblage. I've tried to capture the details in photos so please, look very carefully before purchasing.

The items inside are not removable. They are glued in with very strong-bonding glue. 
Please do not pull on objects, as they can be removed with enough force. 
Don't use the drawer pull on top to pick up the box. It is for decorative purposes only.
