Waiting For You Diorama-shadow box-autumn collage
 
This little box is 4" in height, 5.5" in width, and 1.5" in depth. It's just a basic little brown box that I added some fall leaves, a little cat, a tombstone, a piece of broken bracelet for the moon, and a little bench with a pumpkin, a book, and a spirit on it. Sequined leaves are on the bottom and a little brass drawer pull is on top. 
 
This box can be left to interpretation, because there are many, and I imagine each person would have their own. I certainly had my idea for making it. It's one of the first boxes I made. But, I'll keep my own interpretation to myself. It's a plain and solemn little box and I placed a sawtooth hanger on back for hanging, although it can stand on its on too. 
 
This piece is handmade and one of a kind. There may be small imperfections, which is consistent with vintage and handmade items. Each box is made carefully with love and hopefully, will make you smile. Sometimes, I don't see strands of glue left behind right away but, if it's there, it's no big deal to tweeze it off. 
 
My shadowbox pieces are eclectic and made from combinations of used and found objects, vintage items, and store purchased finds. I try to upcycle with various pieces when allowable and mix them with modern pieces for a diverse and unique assemblage. I've tried to capture the details in photos so please, look very carefully before purchasing.

It is not intended for small children.
The items inside are not removable. They are glued in with very strong-bonding glue. 
Please do not pull on objects, as they can be removed with enough force. 
Don't use the drawer pull on top to pick up the box. It is for decorative purposes only.
