This (7 x 5 x 2" approximately) box started out unfinished. I stained it with an oak stain and gave it a distressed medium, then painted it a bright yellow-green shade. The back is dotted with several colors and it has a purple trim, along with a purple drawer pull on top. This one also has an oval hole where fairy lights can be strung through. 
 
Inside the box is an upcycled owl necklace I made several years ago, a moon cabochon, an owl earring, and a rhinestone witch brooch. She's overlooking her bubbling brew pot alongside a little owl and a frog. I gave the tree red eyes as it bubbles with a brew of its own. More treats await with glittered glass pieces, a mushroom, dried moss, and a gold pumpkin. 
 
This piece is handmade and one of a kind. There may be small imperfections, which is consistent with vintage and handmade items. Each box is made carefully with love and hopefully, will make you smile. Sometimes, I don't see strands of glue left behind right away but, if it's there, it's no big deal to tweeze it off. It can hang with the sawtooth hanger on back or sit freestanding.
 
My shadowbox pieces are eclectic and made from combinations of used and found objects, vintage items, and store purchased finds. I try to upcycle with various pieces when allowable and mix them with modern pieces for a diverse and unique assemblage. I've tried to capture the details in photos so please, look very carefully before purchasing.

The items inside are not removable. They are glued in with very strong-bonding glue. 
Please do not pull on objects, as they can be removed with enough force. 
Don't use the drawer pull on top to pick up the box. It is for decorative purposes only.
