Returns & Exchanges

Because these items are intended for bath and body, no returns are accepted. All sales are final and no refunds or exchanges are offered unless it is due to my error, such as sending the wrong product. Refunds or exchange will not be issued to lost or damaged items. I highly recommend if you are not sure about a scent, then you should first try a sample pack before committing to a full-sized fragrance. Scent is personal and smells different in the actual product than when they are applied to the skin, and also the silage is different on each person's skin.

The shop is not responsible if a customer is not satisfied with a particular fragrance once it is purchased. It is encouraged to request insurance at the time of purchase. This protects you from losses or damages incurred by the postal service while the package is in transit. If you do receive your item and it is broken or damaged, please contact me immediately.
