Shipping

My items will ship via USPS. My current processing & shipping time is 3 to 5 business days but, in all likelihood it will ship out sooner. Orders will be shipped to the address that is provided. Packages will be shipped by Flat-Rate, Priority Mail, or First Class Mail according to size. The shop will not be responsible for items returned due to incorrect addresses, apartment numbers not being provided, etc. My items will be packaged as securely and safely as possible so they'll reach their destination undamaged. I have received numerous packages in the past where items were broken, crushed, missing, etc. So, I don't wish for others to have this similar headache.

If shipping is overcharged by $1.00 or more, a refund will be provided for that amount.

 

White Owl Perfumery will not be responsible for damages incurred by customs during the transition from the U.S. to Canada and hopefully other destinations soon. The buyer will be responsible for customs fees or taxes. Also, this shop is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping via USPS. Please contact me if there is a problem.
